You craft the doors and blocks at a regular crafting table and then pick the block type and the opening animation, which is how you get to over 1000 variations that match any build style. A door opens when you interact with it and closes itself again right after, so your entrance never stays visible! Changed your mind about your spot? With the Wrench item, or by sneaking and interacting, you edit or remove a door without breaking the wall around it.
