Add-Ons are behavior and resource packs that add new functionality to any world. An Ad-On could have a wide variety of uses, like furniture, vehicles, or security packs. THey can also add new animations, blocks, items, biomes or entities!
Skin Packs are collections of player skins that completely change the way your character looks. You can find themed collections for every occasion, from fantasy creatures to pop culture characters, in both traditional 16×16 and HD textures.
Texture Packs completely change the way your game looks by re-texturing your world, mobs, and items. Some make your game hyper-realistic, others go for a cartoony or pastel style.
Mash-up Packs are a combination of different types of content bundled into one purchase. You could get skins, a world, and a texture pack all included together.
Worlds have the most variation of any product type on the Minecraft Marketplace. You can buy mega cities, furniture packs, weapon packs, survival spawns, or adventure maps. There are also dynamic worlds. You can learn about the differences between standard and dynamic worlds here.
How can I select product types on the Marketplace?
Inside the Search Menu you can filter for “Pack Types” and choose which product type you want to browse or buy.
